Prescriptions

When requesting a prescription refill:

We prefer to refill your medications at the time of your office visit. Please bring your medication list with you to each appointment.

Please note all calls during clinic hours are asked to leave a message. The nurses will return all morning calls before lunch and afternoon calls before the office closes. If your calls are not being returned in an appropriate amount of time, please call the office and ask to speak with the Office Manager Pam Edwards.

If the call is regarding a prescription refill, please have your Pharmacist fax over a refill request to the office at (866) 238-0423.

Please allow 48 hours for processing. If you do not hear from the office within 24 hours, always check with the pharmacy first to see if the prescription has been called in. The nurse will contact you only if there is a question about your request.

Please Note: Prescriptions for narcotics will ONLY be filled during an office visit with your physician.
